🐾 PawAlert Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using PawAlert ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use PawAlert. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• You are responsible for everything posted under your account
• You may delete your account anytime in Settings

4. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of photos and information you post. By posting, you grant us permission to display your content in the App.

You agree NOT to post:

• ❌ Fake or misleading information
• ❌ Offensive or inappropriate content
• ❌ Copyrighted material you don't own
• ❌ Personal information of others
• ❌ Anything illegal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

5. CONDUCT

You agree to use the App responsibly:

• ✅ Be respectful to other users
• ✅ Post accurate information
• ✅ Help animals in good faith
• ❌ No harassment
• ❌ No spamming
• ❌ No impersonation

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free
• Lost pets will be found
• Other users are truthful
• Your data is 100% secure (though we try)

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawAlert is not liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages
• Lost pets or failure to reunite
• User conduct or content
• App downtime or errors
• Data loss

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The App may contain links to third-party websites (like Google Maps). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account anytime.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Slovenia.
